Live Chat gives customers another way to schedule shipments, obtain tracking information and get their shipping questions answered. Users experience real-time replies through a quick dialog exchange. Responses are presented in a written transcript, minimizing the likelihood of miscommunication. Also, because Live Chat is Internet-based, it leaves the customer's phone free for conducting other business.
