Holland receives Logistics Management 2011 Quest for Quality Awards [08.25.2011]

Holland is proud to announce that Logistics Management magazine has recognized it with its 2011 Quest for Quality awards in two categories—Midwest/North Central Regional LTL Carriers and Expedited Motor Carriers. This marks the 26th consecutive year Holland has received at least one Quest for Quality award, and the fourth consecutive year in the Expedited category.

"Being honored by Logistics Management for 26 consecutive years with the Quest for Quality awards is a reflection of Holland's commitment to meeting customers' needs for speed, flexibility and reliable service," said Jeff Rogers, Holland president.

Logistics Management magazine readers determine Quest for Quality awards.  This year, 4,575 logistics and supply-chain decision makers completed the survey, which rates providers on the attributes of on-time performance, value, customer service, information technology and equipment/operations.

This marks 14 times during 2010 and 2011 that shippers have recognized Holland for its high-quality service. Previous honors include Matco Tools 2010 carrier scorecard Gold-level; Echo Global Logistics 2009 and 2010 Regional Carrier of the Year award; Whirlpool 2009 Supplier of the Year; Chem Treat 2009 LTL Carrier of the Year; TTS LLC 2009 LTL Carrier of the Year; Hamilton Sundstrand Logistics Council 2009 Carrier of the Year award; CoLinx 2009–2010 Central Southern Carrier of the Year award; Eastman Chemical Company 2009 and 2010 Supplier Excellence Award; and two 2010 Quest for Quality awards.
