YRC Worldwide NewsLenders agree to extend provisions under credit facilitiesOn Oct. 12, YRC Worldwide announced that our lending group extended until Oct. 30 important provisions of our last bank amendment. It's another sequential step that provides us additional flexibility as we continue working with our lenders to reach a global solution that fully supports our comprehensive plan. The new amendments extend the expiration of the revolver reserve amount and extend the suspension of the minimum liquidity covenant and the due date for the asset-backed securitization (ABS) commitment fee. The action shows our lending group continues to support our comprehensive plan.
